到達目標 【英語】 Objectives of the Course | | The goal of this course is to understand the basic methods and concepts of various non-equilibrium phenomena. After recapitulating and summarizing equilibrium thermodynamics and statistical physics, we go through the standard methods for describing transport phenomena. Recent developments in nonequilibrium physics will also be reviewed. The course will be taught in English if there are non-Japanese speaking students. |

履修条件 Course Prerequisites | | Prerequisites: Fundamentals of thermodynamics and mathematics (at the undergraduate freshman level).
The course will be taught in English unless all registered students are Japanese speakers. |
