Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 本実習は、日本社会が抱える開発課題を理解し、異なる背景を持つ人々とグループワークを行う機会を提供する。2023年度は、岐阜県関市で調査を実施する。学生は本実習に参加することで、現地調査に必要な基礎的技術を習得すること、また、グループワークを通してコミュニケーション能力や問題解決能力を高めることを目指す。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | | Domestic Fieldwork (DFW) aims to give students an opportunity to understand the current development issues in Japanese society and have group work experience with people from different backgrounds. In 2023, students will conduct fieldwork in Seki city, Gifu prefecture. Students will be able to gain fundamental fieldwork skills and enhance their communication skills and problem-solving skills based on group work. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | | A detailed fieldwork schedule will be announced at the Preparatory Seminar for GSID Domestic Fieldwork (DFW). Before going to the field, students must hold regular meetings with group members and advisors and develop their fieldwork plans. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | Group report 40%, Group presentation 30%, Participation in group work 30%
Credit is given to C- or C (where applicable) or higher grades for each criterion.
Students have to submit the final group fieldwork report by the beginning of January 2025. |
