Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 社会人といっしょに政策課題について調査し政策提言をまとめる実習をします。東京海上日動火災株式会社が主催して、愛知県の地方創生とSDGsを推進するための人材育成事業として行なっている愛知県創生研鑽会に参加して、県内企業の若手社員と共にが行政（愛知県・名古屋市）から与えられた政策課題について、グループで調査・提言します。地域課題を深く掘り下げて認識する能力と、それを解決するための方策を考える力をつけます。DP1とCP1に関連。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | | Participants will conduct research on policy issues together with working members out of the university, and practice to make policy proposals. Young employees from companies in Aichi Prefecture will participate together in the Aichi Prefecture ”Sosei" Program, a human resource development project sponsored by Tokyo Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co. Ltd. to promote regional development and the SDGs in Aichi Prefecture. Students will conduct research and make proposals in groups with young employees from companies in Aichi Prefecture on policy issues given by the government (Aichi Prefecture and Nagoya City). Participants will develop the ability to recognize local issues in depth and to think about measures to solve them. Related to DP1 and CP1. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 以下の事前指導、事後指導は大学で行う。それ以外の研鑽会は名古屋東京海上日動ビル（丸の内）で行う。これらは基本的に火曜日の午後行うので、それに出席すること。これら以外にグループごとに集まってグループワークを行う。

第１回研鑽会 5月14日 午後半日（授業3コマ分） 趣旨説明、顔合わせ、愛知県・名古屋市から政策課題に関する講義、名古屋大学から地方創生とSDGsについて講義など
第２回研鑽会 5月17日 午後半日（授業3コマ分） 東京海上日動HRA（人材育成コンサルティング会社）からのRESASについての講義
第３回研鑽会 5月28日 午後半日（授業3コマ分） 名古屋市から公民連携についての講義、スタートアップ企業からの講義など
第４回研鑽会 6月4日 午後半日（授業3コマ分） JICA中部、中部SDGs推進センターによる講義など
この間、適宜グループワークを行い、そのうち１回は研究科教員が指導する（授業2コマ分）。
第５回研鑽会 7月16日 午後半日（授業3コマ分） 中間報告会 各グループから進捗を報告 担当教員をはじめ講師陣からの助言を行う

第７回研鑽会 10月下旬 午後半日（授業3コマ分） 最終報告会 各グループから結果・提言を報告。担当教員をはじめ講師陣、行政担当、企業からの講評を行う。
事後指導 11月中 授業1コマ分 提言内容を実現するための方策について考えるワークショップ
| The following pre- and post-supervision will be conducted at the university. All other training sessions will be held at the Nagoya Tokyo Marine & Nichido Building (Marunouchi). These are generally held on Tuesday afternoons, and attendance is required. In addition to these, each group will meet for group work.
During April (2 class periods): Lecture and workshop on issues facing local communities
During May (2 class periods) Lecture and workshop on social policy
May 14 Half-day afternoon seminar (3 class periods): Explanation of purpose, meeting, lectures by Aichi Prefecture and Nagoya City on policy issues, lectures by Nagoya University on regional development and SDGs, etc.

May 28 Half-day afternoon seminar (3 class periods) Lecture on public-private partnerships from Nagoya City, lecture from a start-up company, etc.

Late October: Half day in the afternoon (3 class periods) Final debriefing: Each group reports its results and recommendations. Critiques will be given by faculty members in charge, lecturers, government officials, and companies.
