Goals of the Course(JPN)
本フィールドセミナーでは、参加者は大地震や火山噴火のあった場所を訪問する。地球物理学的な観測およびデータ解析の実習を通して地球物理学的現象、様々な観測の原理、観測誤差等に関する理解を深める（DP1）

Goals of the Course
In this field seminar, participants visit places where large earthquakes and volcanic eruptions occurred. Through geophysical observations and their analysis, participants deepen their understanding on geophysical phenomena, principles of various observations, and observation errors. [DP1]

大地震や火山噴火などのダイナミックな自然現象の理解を深める。
地球物理学的な観測を実際に経験し、その測定原理や誤差を理解する。

To understand dynamic natural phenomena such as a large earthquake or volcanic eruption.
To experience various geophysical observational methods and understand their principles and errors.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
１．地球物理観測の基礎
観測の原理、観測機器の扱い、データ解析手法
(1)重力観測
(2)GNSS観測
(3)写真測量
２．フィールド観測
根尾谷断層および御嶽山を訪問し、地震や火山噴火の痕跡を見学し現地討論を行う。また、重力、GNSS、写真測量等の作業を行う。
３．データ解析
現地で得られたデータの解析を実施し、結果について議論する。
1. Basics of geophysical observations
Principles of observation, handling of instruments, and data analysis methods
(1) Gravity
(2) GNSS
(3) Photogrammetry
2. Field observation
Participants go out to study about the volcano. Conduct various observations such as gravity, GNSS, and photogrammetry.
3. Data analysis
Conduct data analysis obtained in the field work and discuss about the results.

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
出席（30%）およびリポート（70%）により評価する。現地観測への参加は必須とする。
Attendance (30%) and report (70%). Participation in the field observation is mandatory.

教科書は使用しない。代わりに資料を配付する。
No textbook is used. Materials are provided instead.
