到達目標 【日本語】
Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | | 病理/細胞診断において遺伝子変異の検索はその発癌のメカニズムの理解のみならず分子標的薬による治療選択を決定づける重要な意義をもつようになってきている。本実習では細胞検査士を目指す臨床検査技師及びすでに細胞検査士の資格を取得した学生を対象に，多彩な症例を用いてさまざまな技法による遺伝子変異検出のトレーニングを行い，ますます高度化する臨床の要求に対応できる深く幅広い知識・技能を修得する。加えて病理・細胞診材料の免疫組織化学，分子病理学的検索手法についても習熟する。また，関連した重要文献の輪読も行う。 |

到達目標 【英語】
Objectives of the Course | | | The aim of this course is to acquire basic techniques required in clinico-pathological field. The participants are expected to take the national exam to become a cytopathologist. Using histopathological and cytopathological specimens, participants will understand the approaches needed for the final pathological diagnosis. The approaches will include immunohistochemical analysis, mutational analysis and other molecular pathological techniques. |

Course Content / Plan | | 培養細胞や臨床症例を用いた免疫組織化学的手法、細胞標本作製、および、これらの標本を用いた人工知能解析を行う。
適宜、教員とのディスカッションを行い、知識・技能の習熟を目指す。 |
