Goals of the Course [JPN]
少人数のセミナーの形式で，大学で学び研究するための最も基本的なスキル（コモン・ベーシック）としての読み（文献調査，考察，検討），書き（まとめ，報告書作成），話す（討論，発表）を中心とした多面的な知的トレーニングを行います。さらに「知の探究のプロセス」と「学問の面白さ」を学び，自立的学習能力を身につけることを目的としています。教員の研究分野に応じて多様なテーマが用意されています。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
This course is conducted in the form of a seminar with small groups. We will provide multifaceted intellectual training focused on reading (literature research, consideration, examination), writing (summary, report writing), and speaking (discussion, presentation) as the most basic skills (common basic) for learning and studying at university. Through this, our goal is to learn the "process of knowledge exploration" and "the fun of learning" and to acquire the independent learning ability. A wide variety of themes are prepared according to the research field of the instructors.

より良い食を実現するために必要なことを様々な面から検討し、自分の考えや主張を科学的・論理的に表現できるようになる。自分と異なる考えに対して建設的に議論できるようになる。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
Students will be able to examine what is necessary to realize better food from various aspects and express it scientifically and logically. In addition, students will be able to constructively discuss ideas that differ from your own.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content or Plan
・初回：顔合わせ・自己紹介をお願いします。
・教養教育院から提供される教材を利用して基礎的スキルを身につける。
・担当教員の話題提供に対して質問する。
・上記のトレーニング終了後、自分自身で考える「より良い食」とは何かをテーマとして設定し、そのテーマが正当である理由や、実現方法をプレゼンする。根拠となる論文など科学的根拠を1つ以上引用する。
・話題提供者のプレゼンに対し、毎回一人一つ以上の質問をし、その計画が正当かどうか、その計画が実現可能かどうかを議論し、よりよい食を実現する方法を形にしていく。

出席（60%）および毎回の取り組み（建設的、科学的、論理的かどうか）により評価する。
