Preparation - 10%, Homework 10%, In-class Effort 15%, In-Class Results -15% and Report - 30%. 履修取下げの際に申し出を必要としない。５回以上欠席をした場合、「Ｗ」とする。 |

Textbook | | | For medical students, a free 224 page Medical Book - MedCab will be uploaded to the server. Approximately 12 hours and 34 minutes of audio that accompany the book will be uploaded as well, of course, free. There will be Japanese translations for all 1,240 sentences. For the Agriculture students, a 132-page book will be provided free of charge, 52 Cards to Success - Science and Engineering. Agriculture students will also receive prints of common 520 agriculture words. Pronunciation audio will be provided to everyone along with the booklet. |

Message from the Instructor | | 課外学習の説明資料をアカデミック・イングリッシュ支援室のサイト ( http://elearn.ilas.nagoya-u.ac.jp/access/ ) からダウンロードすること。
All students need playing cards (Trump cards) for each and every class. These cards are absolutely essential to the successful progression of the course. If students forget their books, they can share with others. This is impossible with playing cards, every student needs 52 cards for each and every class. These cards activities are exciting, but extremely challenging. Extremely challenging. All classes are challenging. Please do not sign up for the course unless you're willing and able to study and practice hard, and review frequently. In case of remote learning due to COVID, Jones has a professional studio here with five video cameras, mixers, video switchers so the class will still be extremely effective and productive. |
