Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | | バスケットボールは，世界的に人気の高いスポーツです．その特徴として，走る・投げる・飛ぶなどの動作を主体とし，攻撃と守備が著しく入れ替わることが挙げられます．さらに，チームスポーツであることからも，チームメイトとの声かけ，戦術の共有や助け合いなどがゲームの展開を大きく左右します．本授業では，パス・ドリブル・シュート・ディフェンスの基礎的な技術，及びそれらを応用した戦術を身につけること，また仲間とのコミュニケーションを取りながらチームスポーツの楽しさや意義を理解することを目標とします． |

Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | Basketball is a sport that is popular worldwide. Its characteristics include a focus on running, throwing, and jumping, with offense and defense switching frequently. Furthermore, because it is a team sport, the outcome of the game is greatly influenced by teammates' calls to each other, sharing tactics, and helping each other.
The goals of this class are to learn basic skills such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and defense, as well as tactics that apply these skills, and to understand the fun and significance of team sports while communicating with their teammates. |

Message from the Instructor | | | バスケットボールは誰でも一度は経験したことがあるような馴染みの深いスポーツです．比較的強度の高いスポーツですが，クラスの技術レベルに合わせて授業内容を展開する予定です．またチームスポーツであるため，チームメイト・相手とのコミュニケーションが必要で，仲間との協調性を養うことができます．経験の有無は問いませんので，未経験の方でも受講していただけます．積極的に身体を動かしたい方の受講を期待します． |
