Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | This course aims that through the acquisition of knowledge of international society of globalization age, students will build a foundation for developing into individuals who can play an active role in international society, combining the ability to develop their own arguments with cultural and social tolerance. The specific topics to be dealt with will be determined according to the specialties and interests of the instructor. |

授業の達成目標 【日本語】
Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | 本講義では、グローバル時代における国際社会の特徴である「分断」と「移行期の正義」について取り上げる。具体的には、朝鮮半島の「分断」と「植民地問題の清算」を題材とする。特に最近、韓国における反日問題を顕在化させる要因となった現地の裁判例を題材にしつつ、戦後の日韓関係を形づくった「65年体制」を批判的に考察する。まず、韓国の反日問題の概要とそれを誘発した朝鮮の植民地体制を歴史的に検討する。1948年の建国以降、今なお反日問題が未解決な課題として残された原因についいて、政治や社会など、韓国の内在的な視点から捉えていくところに本講義の特徴がある。
本授業の到達目標は、韓国政治について「反日問題」を素材としてその理解を深めるとともに。韓国の政治社会問題との比較考察を通じて、日本社会の問題性を発見するところにある。 |

Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | | This lecture will focus on “division” and “transitional justice” as characteristics of international society in the global era. Specifically, the lecture will focus on the “division” of the Korean Peninsula and the “settlement of the colonial problem. In particular, we will critically examine the “65-year regime” that shaped postwar Japan-Korea relations, taking as our subject matter local court cases that have recently contributed to the emergence of the anti-Japanese problem in Korea. The lecture will begin with an overview of the anti-Japanese problem in Korea and a historical review of the Korean colonial system that triggered it. |
