Goals of the Course [JPN]
現代社会が抱える課題に対する学際的・総合的分析能力を養うとともに，目指す専門分野と憲法学との関連性を理解することによって，専門知の社会的役割を認識し，自らの専門分野を相対化する視点を身につけます。具体的に扱うテーマは，担当教員の専門分野や関心に応じて設定されます。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
This course is designed to develop interdisciplinary and comprehensive analytical skills for the issues facing modern society, and to understand the relationship between the specialized field of study to be pursued and constitutional law, thereby recognizing the role of specialized knowledge in society and acquiring the perspective to relativize one's own specialized field. The specific topics to be dealt with will be determined according to the specialties and interests of the instructor.
