Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | This course is designed to develop interdisciplinary and comprehensive analytical skills for the issues facing modern society, and to understand the relationship between the specialized field of study to be pursued and law, thereby recognizing the role of specialized knowledge in society and acquiring the perspective to relativize one's own specialized field. The specific topics to be dealt with will be determined according to the specialties and interests of the instructor. |

Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | | 本授業では，法学の分野の一つである知的財産法について学びます。科学技術（発明）、音楽、小説、漫画、映画、建築、ブランド品、実用品のデザイン、さらには植物の新品種などは、身近にある「知的財産」です。自分がこれらの「知的財産」を創作することもあれば、また、他人が創作した「知的財産」を利用する（コピーする、変更を加えるなど）こともあるでしょう。「知的財産」の創作も、利用も、知的財産法によって規律されています。学生が、知的財産法制の基本的な仕組みを理解するとともに、知的財産をめぐり生じる法的問題に直面したときに自分で考えてみるための基礎的知識を修得することが、本授業の目標です。 |
