Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | 【Standardized across all programs】 This course aims to develop the ability to identify and address social issues through the lenses of diversity and innovation. By working collaboratively in multicultural teams, students will gain practical experience in creative thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to take action, fostering the skills necessary to engage with challenges faced by both local communities and the global society. |

Course Content or Plan | | 3-Day Intensive Lecture
Day 1 - Lecture
What is diversity?
The relationship between diversity and innovation
Comparison of innovation in Japan and Asia (especially Singapore, Japan and Southeast Asia)
Nagoya University's start-up policy
Location: University Campus
Day 2 - Onsite
Visit 3 startups, financial institutions and local government, etc.
Day 3 - Create a startup team!
Creating diverse teams
Each team creates a solution proposal/business idea for a local issue in Aichi
Analyze uniqueness, target market, market advantage, positioning
Team presentation

３日目―スタートアップチームを作ってみよう
多様性のあるチーム創出
チーム毎に、愛知の地域の課題解決案・ビジネスアイデアを創出
独自性、ターゲット市場、市場優位性、ポジショニングを分析
チームプレゼンテーション
