Goals of the Course [JPN]

自らの目指す専門性が自覚された学部３〜４年次において，異なる分野を学ぶ学生が学部・学年を超えたチームを組み，自主的に設定した課題の解決のためにみんなで考え力を合わせる主体的経験を共有します。これを通じ，リーダーシップとチームワーク，異分野への開かれた態度，多様な人々の協調による課題解決能力を身につけることを目的とします。

授業の目的　【英語】
Goals of the Course [ENG]

This course is designed for third or fourth year students who start an experience in a specified field. The participants will be required to form a mixed team which contains students having different backgrounds. And each team will set the problem to tackle and try to solve it by working together. Through this active and cooperative experience, the participants are expected to obtain leadership, a spirit of teamwork, open-mindedness and ability to solve problems collectively.

Objectives of the Course [JPN]

・受講者が現代において起業にかかわる知識が起業する場合も企業に就職する場合にも役に立つという認識を持つこと
・受講者が起業を希望する場合、リスクを抑えた形での起業についての知識を得て、起業における成功確率を高めることができるようにすること
・受講者が起業に関する一通りの知識を得て、起業をする場合に具体的な進め方や企業の運営について基本的な点を理解すること

Objectives of the Course [ENG]

・ Students will recognize that knowledge related to entrepreneurship is valuable both when starting a business and when seeking employment in a company.
・ Students will acquire knowledge on how to start a business while minimizing risks, and they will be able to increase their chances of success in entrepreneurship.
・ Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurship, including the basic steps involved in starting and managing a business.
