Goals of the Course [JPN]
自らの目指す専門性が自覚された学部３〜４年次において，異なる分野を学ぶ学生が学部・学年を超えたチームを組み，自主的に設定した課題の解決のためにみんなで考え力を合わせる主体的経験を共有します。これを通じ，リーダーシップとチームワーク，異分野への開かれた態度，多様な人々の協調による課題解決能力を身につけることを目的とします。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
This course is designed for third or fourth year students who start an experience in a specified field. The participants will be required to form a mixed team which contains students having different backgrounds. And each team will set the problem to tackle and try to solve it by working together. Through this active and cooperative experience, the participants are expected to obtain leadership, a spirit of teamwork, open-mindedness and ability to solve problems collectively.

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
・ Understand and articulate the social significance of innovation and the role of innovation professionals
・ Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the specific activities and significance of various innovation professionals, including entrepreneurs, corporate innovators, CxOs, policy makers, and researchers
・ Effectively apply insights gained from frontline practitioners' experiences to personal career development
・ Develop the ability to objectively analyze personal aptitude and interests in relation to innovation field requirements
