Goals of the Course [JPN] | | | グローバル化などの大きな社会変動のなかで，現代社会はますます不透明になっています。さらに，文系理系を問わず，個別の学問的研究を行うことの社会的な意味を理解するためにも，社会学的な考え方を身につける必要が高まっています。この講義では，変動する社会と個人の関わりを捉える方法の修得を目的とし，身近な社会現象などを素材として適宜取り上げながら社会学の理論と実証的知見を紹介することで，受講者の皆さんが社会について自ら考える手がかりとします。 |

Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | Globalization and other major social changes make contemporary society increasingly opaque. In addition, there is a growing need to acquire sociological perspectives to understand the social implications of doing academic research, regardless of humanities or sciences. In this lecture, we will introduce theories and empirical findings of sociology while taking up familiar social phenomena to help students to think about society for themselves. |
