人文・社会科学系の専門分野を学んでいく基盤として，法学の分野における学問体系を理解し，最も基礎的な知識と技能を身につけます。具体的に扱うテーマは，担当教員の専門分野や関心に応じて設定されます。

This course helps students to understand the law studies and to acquire the most basic knowledge and skills as a foundation for studying specialized fields in the humanities and social sciences. The specific topics to be dealt with will be determined according to the specialties and interests of the instructor.

この授業は、人文・社会科学系の専門分野を学んでいく基盤として、法学の分野における学問体系を理解し、最も基礎的な知識と技能を身につけることを目的としています。今年度は、歴史学（日本史）の観点から法学の基礎について議論し理解を深めたいと思います。

The aim of this course is to understand the academic system in the field of law and to acquire foundational knowledge and skills as a basis for studying specialised areas in the humanities and social sciences. This year, we will explore law from the perspective of Japanese history.
