授業の目的 【英語】 Goals of the Course | | The objective of this course is to learn how to perform experiments correctly and in a well-organized manner, including how to properly take notes of the procedures, findings, and questions that may arise from the experiments. The other objective is to clearly and concisely convey to others the findings of the experiments that support your conclusion. This course will introduce you to (a) biochemistry II, (b) cell biology, (c) molecular biology, and (d) bioinformatics.
Through these modules, you will experience separation and quantitative and qualitative analysis of proteins; observation of the intracellular structure, cell cycle, differentiation, and dedifferentiation; culture and classification of microorganisms, genetic engineering, fermentation, gene amplification, and experiments related to molecular genetics; information retrieval, gene search, display of protein three-dimensional structure, and programming using your computer. |
