Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 本科目は、教育研究機関や医療・福祉領域で教育・マネジメントに必要となる多様なコミュニケーションの体験を含めて教育・管理に携わるためのキャリア形成・発達を支援する知識と技能を学ぶ。国内研修を対象とした科目であり、研修プログラムに参加し、一定の期間・プログラムの実施を行う。 |

Goals of the Course | | | This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to support their career formation and development in education and management, including the various communication experiences required for education and management in educational and research institutions and the medical and social service fields. This course is designed for domestic training, and students will participate in a training program and implement the program for a certain period and program. |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | 研修の終了時に以下の知識や能力を身につけていることを目標とする。
１ 研修プログラムの参加に向けた計画の立案方法について学び、経験する。
２ 学外コミュニティーへの参加し、教育研究機関や医療・福祉領域で教育・マネジメントに必要となる多様なコミュニケーションを体験する。
３ 研修プログラムで得られた知識を整理し、情報をまとめる。 |

Objectives of the Course | | The goal is to have the following knowledge and abilities at the end of the training program
1 Students will learn and experience how to plan for participation in training programs.
2 Students will participate in the off-campus community and experience the variety of communication required for education and management in educational and research institutions and in the health and social care field.
3 Students will be able to organize knowledge and compile information gained from the training program. |

学外コミュニティへの参加時間はおおよそ2 日程度を想定。
複数の研修会参加を合わせてもよい。

１．学会などの研修会、研究会
日本理学療法教育学会学術大会
全国大学理学療法学教育学会大会
２．行政関係などのインターンシップ（文部科学省、厚生労働省）
３．ボランティア：災害ボランティア、障害者ボランティア
障害者スポーツなどのボランテイア活動
