Goals of the Course(JPN)
身体障害係作業療法領域の対象疾患の主軸となる中枢・末梢性疾患の評価・治療構造の基礎を踏まえ,生活支援に向けた様々な疾患や障害の具体的な診断・治療概念を理解する．各疾患の病態特性の理解を深め，治療・適応・代償に関わる理論を学び，評価・治療計画の立案に至る一貫した作業療法介入の概論を考察する．生体力学系を中心とした作業療法理論と作業行動障害について思考し，問題や改善課題の抽出，解決方法について学ぶ．また，病院・施設でのリハビリテーション・チームワークを理解し，基本的手法と障害者の作業遂行に結びつけることのできる準備的作業，作業の手段的利用について学ぶ．先進的な各疾患に対する新しい治療理論や支援方策についても触れる．

Goals of the Course
To deepen the understanding of diseases and to learn the therapeutic, adaptive, and compensatory theories for the representative diseases of occupational therapy for physical disabilities, and to be able to consider them consistently from assessment to treatment planning. In this course, students will learn how to identify and solve problems in the assessment of work performance based on occupational therapy theories that focus on biomechanical systems. In addition, students will learn the basic methods essential for understanding rehabilitation teamwork in hospitals, preparatory work that can be connected to the work performance of people with disabilities, and the instrumental use of work, and will gain an overview of the representative target diseases of occupational therapy for physical disabilities.

1年時「作業療法見学実習」3年次「作業療法評価学実習」展開と相応して，身体障害領域における介入現場での具体的な実践内容と本講義で学ぶ主要な対象疾患の作業療法理論を理解する．

Objectives of the Course
This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of occupational therapy theory for the major diseases studied in this course, as well as specific practices in the field of intervention in the field of physical disabilities, in line with the development of basic occupational therapy practice conducted in the second year.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
第1回：身体障害領域の作業療法学概論（歴史的変遷と我が国のリハビリテーション医学）
　　　　 人の運動制御に関わる解剖学・神経生理学・運動学
第2回：中枢神経麻痺と末梢神経麻痺の病態特性
（筋力・筋緊張・痙縮・固縮・感覚・知覚・随意運動・廃用症候群・脳血管障害，頭部外傷・合併症と後
　　　　　遺障害・脳損傷）
第3回：中枢神経麻痺・末梢神経障害・高位頸髄損傷を中心とした障害特性の理解と日常生活支援
　　　　 （障害脊髄節と身体運動機能・感覚と知覚・評価・ADL支援）
第4回：神経筋疾患・中枢神経系変性疾患・脱随疾患・錐体外路系疾患
（ALS,多系統萎縮, MS, Parkinson病）
第5回：関節リウマチ・関連膠原病疾患・SLE・PM・DM/評価と生活支援・リウマチ教育・スプリント・自助具
第6回：四肢外傷・切断・先天性四肢奇形・重度熱傷・日常生活支援と装具療法
第7回：脳神経外科領域の急性期作業療法
　　　　（バイタル，リスク管理と禁忌，画像診断，意識障害，悪性腫瘍，頭蓋内圧，放射線療法，化学療法，難病
　　　　　支援，地域・在宅支援）
第8回：まとめ・筆記試験（3限 ADL室）
