急性期・周術期において，理論に基づいた適切な看護を提供し，患者の治癒力を最大限に引き出しながら，合併症の予防・早期発見・回復を支援する基礎的能力を養うことを目的とする。

Goals of the Course

The objective of this course is to develop fundamental skills in providing appropriate nursing care based on theoretical principles during the acute and perioperative periods. This includes maximizing the patient's natural healing ability while supporting the prevention, early detection, and recovery from complications.

1. 救急・クリティカルケアの現場で，迅速かつ的確に判断し対応できる実践力を身につける。
2. 急性期・周術期にある患者や家族の反応を理論や概念に基づいて理解し，エビデンスに基づいた臨床判断ができるようになる。
3. 手術侵襲が生体に及ぼす影響を理解し，周術期における合併症の予防，異常の早期発見，および対応について説明できる。
4. 手術による形態機能の変化が患者に及ぼす影響を理解し，周術期における回復と適応を促す看護について説明できる。

Objectives of the Course

1. Develop practical skills to make quick and accurate decisions and respond effectively in emergency and critical care settings.
2. Understand the reactions of patients and their families during the acute and perioperative periods based on theories and concepts, enabling clinical judgment based on evidence.
3. Understand the physiological impact of surgical stress on the body and explain the prevention of perioperative complications, early detection of abnormalities, and appropriate interventions.
4. Understand the effects of surgical changes in anatomical and functional structures on patients and explain nursing care that promotes recovery and adaptation during the perioperative period.

3. 救急看護・クリティカルケア
4. 周術期にある患者と家族の看護（１）術前の看護，術中看護
5. 周術期にある患者と家族の看護（２）術後合併症の予防・早期発見，対応のための看護①
6. 周術期にある患者と家族の看護（３）術後合併症の予防・早期発見，対応のための看護②
7. 周術期にある患者と家族の看護（４）術後の形態機能の変化への適応を促す看護
8. 授業のリフレクション/まとめと評価（試験）

試験60%、授業参加40％で評価する。
