授業の目的 【英語】 Goals of the Course | | Students will learn strategies and techniques for service and manufacturing operations. A number of quantitative techniques and business applications are presented. |

1. Describe operations management strategies for both service and manufacturing organizations.

Week 3-4: Strategic capacity planning for products and services (Chapter 5)
Week 5: Exam 1 (Chapters 1, 3, 5)
Week 6-7: Process selection and facility layout (Chapter 6)
Week 8-9: Quality control (Chapter 10)
Week 10: Exam 2 (Chapters 6, 10)
Week 11-12: Aggregate planning and master scheduling (Chapter 11)
Week 13-14: MRP and ERP (Chapter 13)
Week 15: Exam 3 (Chapters 11, 13) |
