正標数の代数群の表現論における既約指標の決定は古典的な問題であるが，1989年にLusztigは一つの予想を提出し，さらにそれを解決するプログラムを提示した．そのプログラムの一つが1の冪根における量子群と正標数におけるLie環の表現論との比較であった．Andersen-Jantzen-Soergelは両者を「組み合わせ論的」に記述することで，標数が十分大きい場合にこの比較を行った．この講義では，正標数におけるLie環の表現論の基本事項から始めて，このAnderse-Jantzen-Soergelによる組み合わせ論的記述についての解説を行う．時間に余裕があれば，この記述を通じて定まるHecke圏の作用についても解説する．

The determination of irreducible characters in the representation theory of algebraic groups in positive characteristic is a classical problem. In 1989, Lusztig proposed a conjecture and outlined a program to resolve it. One aspect of this program was a comparison between the representation theory of quantum groups at roots of unity and that of Lie algebras in positive characteristic. Andersen-Jantzen-Soergel carried out this comparison in the case of sufficiently large characteristic by describing both sides in a "combinatorial" manner. In this lecture, I will start with the fundamental aspects of the representation theory of Lie algebras in positive characteristic and provide an exposition of this combinatorial description by Andersen, Jantzen, and Soergel. If time permits, I will also discuss the action of the Hecke category that arises through this description.
