授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 各回、報告者が指定された文献(の部分)について報告し、これに基づき参加者全員で議論を行う。
今期は、日本の環境法政策に関する文献を取り上げる予定。詳細については、第1回の授業の際説明する。
また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。 | In each session, a participant gives a presentation based on their analysis of the assigned text, then the whole class have a discussion on the presentation and the text itself.
In this semester, English materials concerning Japanese environmental law and policy are planned to be analyzed and discussed. Further details will be explained in the first session.
All participants are required to attend the guidance on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | 担当文献・課題に関する報告及び毎回の授業への参加の状況により評価する(100%)。担当文献に関する相当の理解とそれに基づく自身の分析・考察が示されるとともに、（担当の有無に拘わらず）毎回の議論への参加がなされていることを合格基準とする。 | | The presentations concerning the assigned materials or topics and the participation in each session are evaluated (100%). To gain a passing grade, a student needs to indicate good understanding of the materials/themes assigned to them, make their own analysis, and participate in the discussion in each session (whether they give a presentation or not) . |
