授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | （１）セミナーの前半は、『ブリュッセル効果 EUの覇権戦略―いかに世界を支配しているのか』アニュ・ブラッドフォード (著), 庄司 克宏 (監修, 翻訳）（白水社、2022）を中心に読みながら基本的理解を得た後
（２）セミナー後半は、各自で関心のあるEUの環境措置の事例を取り上げ、プレゼンテーションを行い、全員で議論する。
◎ 毎回、次回セミナーの課題をだすので、その課題について考えて取り組んでくること。 | This seminar is organized as follows:
(1) in the first half of the seminar, we will undertake assigned readings mainly from"The Brussels Effect: How the European Union Rules the World" (by Anu Bradford) (OUP, 2000);
(2) in the second half of the seminar, each participant will make a presentation, picking up one of the cases on the EU's unilateral environmental measures, and all participants will make comments.
◎ At each class, discussion questions to prepare for the next seminar are set out for assignment. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | ①平常点（出席と議論への参加）50％、②学期中のプレゼンテーションの評価50％、の合計で成績とし、100点満点で60点以上を合格とする。毎回のセミナーにおけるディスカッションへの参加は、すべての学生に期待される。合格の基準は問題の特性を理解し、様々な事例を批判的に検討できるかどうかである。 | This seminar is assessed by two components: (1) seminar attendance and discussion participation: 50 % and (2) in class presentation: 50%.
The score above or equal to 60 is a passing grade. Participation in class discussions is expected of all students. To receive a passing grade, students must understand the problems and be able to critically evaluate different examples. |
