Goals of the Course | | This class aims to acquire skills related to birth assistance as a midwife;
1. to be able to perform midwifery diagnosis of pregnant women and newborn baby who are in normal progress and provide necessary midwifery care.
2. to be able to perform midwifery diagnosis of pregnant women and newborn baby who deviated from normal progress and provide appropriate medical care in collaboration with multiple professions. |

（入院時問診、陣痛測定・モニター装着、バイタル測定、産痛緩和・リラックス・呼吸法）
２．分娩期の基礎技術①②：内診
３．分娩期の基礎技術①②（分娩セットの準備、手洗い、ガウン・グローブの装着）
4． 分娩期の基礎技術①②（清潔野の作成、分娩介助の準備）
5． 正常分娩の介助技術①②（初産婦の分娩介助、分娩第三期まで）
6． 分娩期の基礎技術①②（初産婦の分娩4期のケア）
7． 分娩期の基礎技術①②：出生時の新生児ケア
8． 分娩期の基礎技術①②：出血量・胎盤計測
9． 分娩期の基礎技術①②：人工破膜・導尿
10． 経産婦の分娩介助①②：分娩1期～分娩4期
11．誘発分娩をする産婦の分娩介助①②
12．正常から逸脱した場面の分娩期ケア：胎児心拍数の低下時のケア、急速遂娩時のケア①②
13．正常から逸脱した場面の分娩期ケア：産科危機的出血時のケア①②

１5．定期試験及び分娩介助技術試験
1. Midwifery care during the first stage of labor ①②③④ (Interview at admission, measurement of labor pain, Use of birth monitoring device, Vital check, Labor pain relief, relaxation, breath during childbirth)
2. Basic midwifery skills during childbirth: pelvic examination
3. Basic midwifery skills during childbirth: Preparation of delivery set, washing hands, putting on gown and gloves.
4. Basic midwifery skills during childbirth: creating a clean field for birth and preparing for birth assistance
5. Birth assistance for normal delivery: primiparous women during the 3rd stage
6. Basic midwifery skills during childbirth: care for primiparous women during the 4th stage of labor
7. Basic midwifery skills during childbirth: Newborn care at birth
8. Basic midwifery skills during childbirth: measurement for bleeding amount and placenta
9. Basic midwifery skills during childbirth: Artificial membrane rupture/ urinary catheterization
10. Birth assistance for multiparous women
11. Birth assistance for pregnant women undergoing induced labor
12. Care during childbirth in situations that deviate from normality: care when fetal heart rate decreases, care during rapid delivery
13. Care during childbirth in situations that deviate from normality: Care for obstetric crisis bleeding
14. Care during childbirth in situations that deviate from normality: Care for neonatal resuscitation
