本授業は，マネジメント・システムの視点から，チーム・ビルディングを通した協働に資する学識を養うことを目的とする。

The goal of this lecture course is to foster collaborative work through team building based on system and management sciences.

Objectives of the Course [JPN]
本授業の目標として，課題を概念化し，方策を考え，実践する一連の経験と，それらのプロセスの内省から，解析力，設計力，合意形成力を身につける。
また，知識獲得だけでは実践できない気づきから，文系と理系が協働して行う開発現場での様々な事象や仕事の進め方であるチーム・ビルディングを学修する。
研究分野の枠組みや文理の垣根を超えて求められるチーム・ビルディングの基礎知識・基本概念を体系的に学修する。さらに文系・理系が一つになったチーム・ビルディングの擬似体験を通して，現実課題に対処する上で要となるチーム・サイエンスを体得する。
授業の達成目標　【英語】
Objectives of the Course [ENG]
Through a series of experiences - from conceptualization of problems, the establishment of treatment priorities to execution - and through self-assessment of these processes, students will develop their competencies on analysis, planning, and consensus building, as objectives of this course.
Furthermore, by developing an awareness, which cannot be gained solely by acquiring knowledge, students will master the experience and ways of working in the field of development where professionals of arts and sciences backgrounds collaborate.
All lectures are given in Japanese.

Study Load (Self-directed Learning Outside Course Hours)
事前に，講義やワークショップで扱う用語や概念，成果物製作に必要な基礎知識を調べ，準備をしておく。
事後に，講義やワークショップにおける学修活動を通して身につけた資質・能力を，所定のワークシートを用いてアセスメントする。
Students are encouraged to make a preliminary investigation about terminology handled in this coursework and basic knowledge of bridge structure.
After every class, the students assess the knowledge, the skill, and the competency/capability fostered by course activities, using the specified worksheet.
