Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | 本授業の目標として，課題を概念化し，方策を考え，実践する一連の経験と，それらのプロセスの内省から，解析力，設計力，合意形成力を身につける。
また，知識獲得だけでは実践できない気づきから，文系と理系が協働して行う開発現場での様々な事象や仕事の進め方であるチーム・ビルディングを学修する。
研究分野の枠組みや文理の垣根を超えて求められるチーム・ビルディングの基礎知識・基本概念を体系的に学修する。さらに文系・理系が一つになったチーム・ビルディングの擬似体験を通して，現実課題に対処する上で要となるチーム・サイエンスを体得する。 |

Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | Through a series of experiences - from conceptualization of problems, the establishment of treatment priorities to execution - and through self-assessment of these processes, students will develop their competencies on analysis, planning, and consensus building, as objectives of this course.
Furthermore, by developing an awareness, which cannot be gained solely by acquiring knowledge, students will master the experience and ways of working in the field of development where professionals of arts and sciences backgrounds collaborate.
All lectures are given in Japanese. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content or Plan | | ★連絡事項はTACTの「お知らせ」にて掲示します。
１．講義の目的・目標や意義，チーム・ビルディングの基礎知識と基本概念を事例分析・比較分析を通して体系的に理解する。
２．文系と理系が協働して耐久性のある構造物を製作するワークショップの目的，意義，価値を共有する。
３．構造物を製作するための予備知識や基礎知識を確認する。チーム・ビルディングにおけるルールと手順を理解する。
４．構造物を製作するための調査，第１次設計，目標設定と計画書を作成する。不具合予測やリスクマネジメントによるデザインレビュー終了後，実際に製作する。
５．第１回のアセスメント評価と成功事例を共有する。
６．原因分析と改善目標を設定し，第２次設計，計画書を作成する。不具合予測やリスクマネジメントによるデザインレビュー終了後，実際に製作する。
７．第２回のアセスメント評価と振り返り資料を作成する。
※日程（毎年9月末の最終週に集中講義形式で開講予定），実施形態（対面講義もしくは遠隔講義），履修登録方法等の詳細な情報は研究科電子掲示板で通知する。
1. Understanding systematically not only the goal, objectives, and significance of this lecture course but also fundamental knowledge and basic concept of team building by comparative and case analyses
2. Sharing the goal, significance and value of the workshop creating a durable bridge made of paper straws through arts and sciences collaboration
3. Going over background and foundational knowledge for creating a structure. Understanding the rules and procedures of team building
4. Drafting a survey, preliminary design, goal setting, and plan outline for creating a structure
Having reviewed the design through failure analysis and risk management, students will actually create a bridge made of paper straws.
5. Sharing preliminary assessment and successful cases.
6. Performing cause analysis and setting improvement goals, then creating a secondary design and a plan outline

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 課題解決のための分析力・洞察力・対話力を問うアセスメント(60%)，ワークショップへの能動的な態度や関与 (40%)。
成績評定は，全学共通の６段階評価基準に沿って行う。
Self-assessment for activities of this coursework from viewpoints of capabilities on analysis, communication, and discernment : 60%
Active attitude and involvement in the workshop : 40%
Grading is based on the six-grade evaluation defined by university regulations. |

Study Load (Self-directed Learning Outside Course Hours) | | 事前に，講義やワークショップで扱う用語や概念，成果物製作に必要な基礎知識を調べ，準備をしておく。
事後に，講義やワークショップにおける学修活動を通して身につけた資質・能力を，所定のワークシートを用いてアセスメントする。
Students are encouraged to make a preliminary investigation about terminology handled in this coursework and basic knowledge of bridge structure.
After every class, the students assess the knowledge, the skill, and the competency/capability fostered by course activities, using the specified worksheet. |
