Goals of the Course [JPN]

少人数のセミナーの形式で，大学で学び研究するための最も基本的なスキル（コモン・ベーシック）としての読み（文献調査，考察，検討），書き（まとめ，報告書作成），話す（討論，発表）を中心とした多面的な知的トレーニングを行います。さらに「知の探究のプロセス」と「学問の面白さ」を学び，自立的学習能力を身につけることを目的としています。教員の研究分野に応じて多様なテーマが用意されています。

Goals of the Course [ENG]

This course is conducted in the form of a seminar with small groups. We will provide multifaceted intellectual training focused on reading (literature research, consideration, examination), writing (summary, report writing), and speaking (discussion, presentation) as the most basic skills (common basic) for learning and studying at university. Through this, our goal is to learn the "process of knowledge exploration" and "the fun of learning" and to acquire the independent learning ability. A wide variety of themes are prepared according to the research field of the instructors.

毎年１０月にノーベル賞受賞の報道が世間を賑わしています。本セミナーでは、主にノーベル化学賞に焦点を充て、どのような功績でこれまでの受賞者の先生方がノーベル化学賞を受賞されたのかについて詳しく調べ、またそれらの業績が私たちの生活にどのように関わっているかについて議論します。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]

This seminar will focus primarily on the Nobel Prize in Chemistry. The students will survey the achievements of past winners who received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, and discussing how these achievements relate to our lives.
