少人数のセミナーの形式で，大学で学び研究するための最も基本的なスキル（コモン・ベーシック）としての読み（文献調査，考察，検討），書き（まとめ，報告書作成），話す（討論，発表）を中心とした多面的な知的トレーニングを行います。さらに「知の探究のプロセス」と「学問の面白さ」を学び，自立的学習能力を身につけることを目的としています。教員の研究分野に応じて多様なテーマが用意されています。

This course is conducted in the form of a seminar with small groups. We will provide multifaceted intellectual training focused on reading (literature research, consideration, examination), writing (summary, report writing), and speaking (discussion, presentation) as the most basic skills (common basic) for learning and studying at university. Through this, our goal is to learn the "process of knowledge exploration" and "the fun of learning" and to acquire the independent learning ability. A wide variety of themes are prepared according to the research field of the instructors.

本授業の目標は、大学での研究に不可欠なアカデミックスキルを修得することです。具体的には、文献調査を通じた情報の「収集・考察」、論理的な構成による「レポート作成」、および「討論・発表」という多面的な知的トレーニングを行います 。また、労働経済学の基礎的な視点を通じて、多様な角度から社会課題を捉える力を養います。これらのプロセスを通じて、学問の面白さを知り、自立的に問いを立てて解決する探究能力を身につけることを目指します 。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
The objective of this course is to acquire fundamental academic skills essential for university research. Specifically, it provides multifaceted academic training through “information gathering and analysis” via literature review, “report writing” using logical structure, and “discussion and presentation.” Furthermore, through the fundamental perspectives of labor economics, students will develop the ability to understand social issues from diverse viewpoints. Through these processes, the course aims to help students discover the fascination of academic inquiry and acquire the investigative skills to formulate and solve problems independently.
