Goals of the Course [ENG]
【Standardized across all programs】 This course is designed for third or fourth year students who start an experience in a specified field. The participants will be required to form a mixed team which contains students having different backgrounds. And each team will set the problem to tackle and try to solve it by working together. Through this active and cooperative experience, the participants are expected to obtain leadership, a spirit of teamwork, open-mindedness and ability to solve problems collectively.

・Understand go-to-market strategies and translate business ideas into concrete market actions.
・Develop the ability to refine and integrate business models from the perspectives of sales,
marketing, and partnerships.
・Build and present a final business plan that is practical, competitive, and persuasive, while
considering diverse stakeholders.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content or Plan
This course builds on the foundational knowledge and experiences gained in “Diversity &
Innovation 1: Venture Building - Introduction” and aims to advance students’ capabilities
toward the real-world implementation of business ideas. Focusing on go-to-market strategies,
sales, marketing, and partnership development, students will engage in more advanced and
practice-oriented entrepreneurial processes. By the end of the course, students will be able to
complete a feasible and competitive business plan and communicate it effectively by leveraging
diverse perspectives.



Go to Market: Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships (3 hours)
Integrate sales strategy, marketing frameworks, and partnership design to learn advanced market entry strategies. Explore methods for entering target markets, acquiring customers, and forming strategic alliances for business growth while incorporating cross-functional perspectives.

Presentation Workshop (3 hours)
Refine storytelling, structure, and visual expression to enhance your communication skills as an entrepreneur. Practice delivering compelling presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders and improve your delivery through feedback.

Final Business Plan Workshop and Presentation (6 hours)
Integrate previous course content to complete a highly feasible business plan. During the final presentation, each team will present their business concept. Feedback from instructors and fellow participants will further refine the business vision.
