Goals of the Course(JPN)
本授業は、教育職員免許法施行規則に定められた、中学校の「社会」の「日本史及び外国史」並びに高等学校の「地理歴史」の「外国史」の区分における一般的包括的科目である。西洋史に関する基礎的知識と視点を修得し、歴史的事象を批判的に考察することを目的とする。この授業を履修することで、受講生は西洋史に関する知識・スキルを獲得し、その知識・スキルを基盤とした主体的な創造性と探究心を身につける。

Goals of the Course
This course is a general comprehensive subject designated under the Regulations for Enforcement of the Education Personnel Licensing Act for the “Japanese History and Foreign History” category within “Social Studies” for junior high schools, and the “Foreign History” category within “Geography and History” for senior high schools. This course aims to equip students with fundamental knowledge and perspectives on Western history, enabling them to critically examine historical events. By completing this course, students will acquire knowledge and skills related to Western history and develop independent creativity and a spirit of inquiry based on this foundation.

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
授業中のリアクション・ペーパー（10％）、および最終レポート（90％）で評価する。
最終レポートは、最終回の授業時間内に作成する。
本学の履修取り下げ制度に基づき、受講生本人から履修取り下げの申し出がなくとも、６回以上欠席した場合および最終レポートを提出しなかった場合は「欠席（W）」とする。
