この授業は、1年後期から2年後期にかけて開講される民法の講義科目で扱われる主要なテーマについて、事例問題を通じて受講生の理解の定着を図ることを目的とする。

Objectives of the Course
At the end of the course, participants are expected to -
(1) acquire competence at applying his/her knowledge taught in Japanese civil law courses to concrete cases
(2) write an answer to a case study question.

1.－15. 事例演習　　基本知識の確認、事例問題の検討および答案の作成

民法I～Ⅳが履修済みないし履修中であること。
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
各回に提出された答案等　100％
各回では、60分程度の授業・演習をおこなった後、学生はその場で答案等を作成し、提出する。本授業では、授業中に答案等を提出したことをもってのみ出席したと扱う（参加型授業であるため、病気等を理由とした欠席である場合も特段の考慮をしない）。
