授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | この講義は、ベトナム、カンボジア、ウズベキスタンの基本法や制度の成り立ちを理解し、異なる歴史的背景を持つ法体系を比較することで、それぞれの国の特徴や共通点を理解することを目的とする。授業実施にあたり、学術交流協定校であるハノイ法科大学（ベトナム）、王立法経大学（カンボジア）、タシケント国立法科大学（ウズベキスタン）の協力を得る。海外のキャンパスにオンラインで参加する体験ができるのが、この授業の特徴である。
また、日本がこれらの国々に法整備支援を行ってきた理由や、国際協力の現場で求められる視点を身に着け、アジアの国々と協働するための基礎的な理解を深める。
言語は、英語と日本語を用いる。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | This course aims to understand the characteristics and framework specifics of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Uzbekistan by examining the development of their fundamental laws and comparing legal systems evolving in varied historical backgrounds. The course will be conducted with the cooperation of academic exchange partner institutions: Hanoi Law University (Vietnam), Royal University of Law and Economics (Cambodia), and Tashkent State University of Law (Uzbekistan). A key feature of this course is the opportunity to experience participating online from overseas campuses.
Furthermore, students will gain an understanding of why Japan has provided legal technical assistance to these countries, acquire the perspectives required in international cooperation settings, and deepen their foundational understanding necessary for international cooperation.

Objectives of the Course | | | Students are expected to broaden their perspectives on legal systems of select countries while considering specific historical background, political systems, and social structures, and grasp the characteristics of major fundamental laws. Based on the challenges faced by each country's system and the direction of reform, students will develop awareness on the significance and potential of legal technical assistance. |
