Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 本授業の目的は、労働市場に関する諸現象を理論的に理解することである。前半では、家計および企業の最適化行動に基づく労働供給および労働需要の理論を学び、労働市場の均衡における賃金と雇用量の決定メカニズムの理解を目指す。後半では、人的資本や労働移動に関する理論を取り上げる。さらに、授業全体を通じて具体的な事例や実証分析を紹介し、理論と現実の労働市場との関係について考察する力を養う。 |

Goals of the Course | | | The objective of this course is to provide students with a theoretical understanding of various labor market phenomena. In the first half of the course, students will study theories of labor supply and labor demand based on the optimizing behavior of households and firms, and will aim to understand the mechanisms determining wages and employment in labor market equilibrium. In the second half, the course will cover theories related to human capital and labor mobility. Throughout the course, students will develop the ability to analyze the relationship between economic theory and the actual labor market. |

Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 各トピック終了後に実施する小テスト（30％）および期末試験（70％）の結果を総合して評価する。
合格の基準は、労働市場に関する諸現象のメカニズムについて、基礎的な理論に基づいて理解していることである。
履修取り下げ制度を採用しない。期末試験未受験の場合、成績は「Ｗ」となる。 |
