Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 生物の生命活動の基本単位である細胞について学ぶ。細胞という空間の中で、種々の生命分子がどのようにして細胞固有の活動を営んでいくのかといった基礎概念を、主に真核生物の知見を通して理解することがねらいである。ここではとくに細胞周期・細胞分裂・生殖・シグナル伝達・細胞死等についての基本概念を学習する。 |

Through examples primarily from eukaryotic organisms, students will learn how various biological molecules function within cells to regulate cell-specific activities. The course will focus particularly on the basic concepts of the cell cycle, cell division, reproduction, signal transduction, and programmed cell death. |

Objectives of the Course | | | The goals of this course are 1) to be able to understand the mechanisms of cell cycle, cell death and cell division and to acquire basic knowledge of the participating molecules and their dynamics, 2) to be able to understand the examples of some typical signal transductions in cells and to acquire basic knowledge of the participating molecules and their diversity. |

Criteria for "Fail (F)" & "Absent (W)" grades | | | 履修取り下げ申請が受理された場合はWとする。試験を受けたが及第点に達しなかった場合や、正当な理由なく試験を欠席した者についてはFとする。 |
