Goals of the Course | | | The purpose of this course is to provide students who did not study biology in high school with an opportunity to review the content of cell biology and biochemistry classes, thereby deepening their understanding of these subjects. |

Objectives of the Course(JPN)) | | | この授業を終了時には、基礎細胞学と基礎生化学の基礎知識と、それにもとづいた発展知識も身につけ、2年秋期の専門授業に困難なく臨めるようになることを目標とする。 |

Objectives of the Course | | | By the end of this course, students will have acquired fundamental knowledge in basic cell biology and basic biochemistry, as well as advanced knowledge based on these foundations. The goal is to enable students to proceed without difficulty into the specialized courses offered in the fall semester of their second year. |

1章 細胞：生命の基本単位、顕微鏡
11章 膜の構造
12章 膜を横切る輸送
15章 細胞内区画とタンパク質の輸送
17章 細胞骨格
14章 ミトコンドリアと葉緑体でのエネルギー生産
20章 細胞のつくる社会：組織，幹細胞，がん |

履修条件
Course Prerequisites | | １）高校で生物学が未履修、もしくは学習到達度に自信がないこと。
２）3月末の生命理学ガイダンスでの説明に基づき、履修希望を電子メールで（hirako.yoshiaki.i0(at)f.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jpに）提出し、履修を認められていること。
＊履修希望メールはガイダンス当日の１５時必着
ただし、希望者数が定員に達しない場合はそのかぎりではない。

Study Load(Self-directed Learning Outside Course Hours) | | 本演習授業に臨むにあたっては、基礎細胞学および基礎生化学の授業に出席したのちに授業内容を復習することで、自身の理解度を高め、かつ、演習授業開始前に、不明箇所を確認しておくことが必要である。
また演習授業の終了後には、演習で回答できなかった小テストや口頭試問について、復習しよく理解できるよう自習することが求められる。 |
