This is a companion course to Electromagnetics III, and offers practical exercises for mastering the concepts introduced in the lecture courses.

授業の内容【日本語】
Course Content
以下の電磁気学IIIの講義内容に関連する問題を与え、各自の机上で回答させる。必要に応じて、解法の説明も行う。
1. Maxwell方程式
2. 電磁波
3. 電磁ポテンシャル
4. 運動する電荷
授業時間中で取り扱えなかった問題についてはレポートを課す。
授業前に対応する電磁気学 III の内容について復習を行っておくこと。
授業の内容【英語】
Course Content
Exercises for solving various problems related to the lecture courses of Electromagnetics III. The problems for following topics will be given:
1. Maxwell's equations
2. Electromagnetic wave
3. Electromagnetic potential
4. Moving charges
The problems which cannot be solved will be treated as assignments. Students should review related topics in Electromagnetics III before the exercises.
成績評価の方法と基準【日本語】
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
演習への出席を前提とする。毎回、教員より出題される課題に対し、グループ単位で解答を作成して教室前方で発表し、あわせて個人でレポートを提出する。
達成目標の到達は、提出レポート(70%)とグループ発表のパフォーマンス(内容の正確さ、説明の明瞭さ、質疑への対応)(30%)を総合して評価し、100点満点で60点以上を合格とする。発表評価はグループ単位を基本とするが、貢献度に応じて個人ごとに調整する場合がある。

Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
Attendance at the exercise sessions is required. In each session, students work in groups to prepare answers to problems assigned by the instructor, present them in class, and individually submit a report.
The acquisition of the required skills will be assessed based on the submitted reports (70%) and the group presentation performance (accuracy of content, clarity of explanation, and responses to questions) (30%). A minimum score of 60 out of 100 is required to pass. Presentations are evaluated on a group basis in principle, but individual scores may be adjusted according to each member's contribution.
