Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | データ科学基礎で習得した知識をベースに，確率・統計論の基本的理論や一般的な確率分布／確率モデルの特徴，調査や実験・観測などから得られるデータから母集団の特徴を抽出する解析方法，さらに，種々の不確定要因を伴う土木・建築システムの設計・計画における意思決定への適用方法を身につけるとともに，データ分析や予測・意思決定のツールとして適用できる応用力を養うことを目的とする． |

1. Understand the basic theories of probability and statistics and be able to proof these theories,
2. Understand the characteristics of commonly used probability models and be able to calculate their statistics and the distribution functions,
3. Understand the method for estimating the statistics and the probability distributions on the basis of the data from investigations, experiments, and/or observations and be able to apply those methods,
4. Understand the role of the theories of probability and statistics for use in data analysis and decision making in civil engineering and architecture. |

Course Content | | １．なぜ，確率・統計を学ぶのか，統計と倫理，確率の定義，条件付確率，全確率の定理
２．確率変数，確率分布，統計量
３．特性値，モーメント母関数，特性関数，二変数の確率分布，確率変数の関数
４．確率変数の変換
５．一般的な確率モデル(1)：一様分布，ベルヌイ試行，二項分布，幾何分布，負の二項分布，ポアソン分布
６．一般的な確率モデル(2)：指数分布，ガンマ分布，正規分布，対数正規確率分布，中心極限定理
７．環境土木・建築分野の確率モデル（BPT分布，極値分布）とモンテカルロ法
８．中間まとめと評価
９．中間試験の振り返り
10．回帰分析
11．母集団と標本，点推定
12．区間推定
13．統計的検定(1)：母平均，母平均の差
14．統計的検定(２)：母比率，母比率の差，母分散，等分散性
15．確率分布の推定：確率紙，カイ二乗検定，コルモゴロフ－スミルノフ検定，独立性
毎回のレポート課題を課すので，それを解いて提出すること． |

6. Probabilistic model of random events #2: Exponential dist., Gamma dist,, Normal dist., Log-normal probability dist., Central limit theorem
7. BPT dist., Extreme value dist., Monte Carlo simulation
8. Mid-term exam.
9. Commentary of the midterm examination

11. Statistical inference, Point estimation

成績評価の方法と基準【日本語】
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 1．確率・統計の基本定理を理解し，証明できる．
2．一般的な確率変数のそれぞれの特徴を理解し，その統計量や確率分布関数を評価できる．
3．調査・実験・観測データから母集団の統計量や確率分布を推定／検定する方法を理解し，計算／評価ができる．
4．土木・建築分野における予測および意思決定のツールとしての確率・統計の位置付けを理解し，説明できる．
という達成目標に対しての習得度を，レポート（30％），中間試験（35％），期末試験（35％）の結果により総合判断し，60%以上を合格とする．
期末試験を欠席した場合は「W」とする． |
