授業の目的 【日本語】 Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 自然現象,社会現象,物理現象には確定できない要素が多い。本講義では,この確定できない現象を定式化,解析し,より良い判断を行うための基本的な手法を学ぶ。
達成目標は,確率・統計の基本的な概念と具体的な手法を理解し,実データに適用できることにある。
具体的には,順列・組み合わせ,2項定理,確率の定義,条件付き確率,確率変数,確率密度関数と確率分布関数,多変数確率分布,変数変換,代表的な確率分布である2項分布,ポアソン分布,正規分布などを学ぶ。
また,基本的な統計手法について学ぶ。 |

授業の目的 【英語】 Goals of the Course | | Natural, social, and physical phenomena often involve many elements that cannot be determined with certainty. In this course, students will learn fundamental methods for formulating and analyzing such uncertain phenomena in order to make better decisions.
The learning objectives are to understand the basic concepts and practical techniques of probability and statistics, and to be able to apply them to real-world data.
Specifically, the course covers permutations and combinations, the binomial theorem, definitions of probability, conditional probability, random variables, probability density functions and cumulative distribution functions, multivariate probability distributions, transformations of variables, and representative probability distributions such as the binomial, Poisson, and normal distributions.
In addition, students will study basic statistical methods. |
