救急医療は医療の中で重要な位置を占めている。救急医療に携わる医師が短時間に正確な診断を得るには，それに応えるための適切な画像が必要である。
本授業の目的は、緊急を要する疾患・病態を理解すると共に，この病態を描出する方法・技術を理解することである。

Goals of the Course
Emergency care is important in medicine. In order for an emergency physician to get an accurate diagnosis in a short time, appropriate images are needed.
The aim of this course is to understand emergent diseases that need urgent care and their pathological conditions and to understand the methods and techniques for delineating these conditions.

この授業の終了時には，学生は救急医療の対象となりえる下記の疾患・病態を理解すると共に，これらを適切に描出するモダリティ・方法・技術を科学的・論理的に理解することができる。

・緊急を要する心大血管疾患、胸部疾患
・急性腹症

Objectives of the Course
At the end of the course, students are expected to understand the following important diseases and pathological conditions in emergency medical care, as well as the modalities, methods, and techniques that appropriately depict them.
・ Cerebrovascular disorder
・ Head injury
・ Vascular malformation
・ Cardiovascular disease and chest disease that require urgent medical care
・ Acute abdomen
