Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 多くの疾患の診療において、画像診断技術は診断・治療のさまざまな局面で中心的役割を担っています。臨床現場では看護師が画像検査の補助・介助のために放射線管理区域に立ち入る機会も多く、そのために検査手順や放射線に関する正しい知識を持っておく必要があります。また、放射線治療技術も集学的治療において極めて重要な役割を果たしており、放射線治療患者の特殊性を理解した上で看護にあたることが期待されています。本講義では、放射線医学の概要を診断から治療、被曝管理に至るまでテーマ別に解説し、看護師が放射線診療の場で理解しておくべき基礎的知識を修得することを目的とします。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | The aim of this course is to provide nurses with the fundamental knowledge required to understand radiological practice, from diagnostic imaging to radiation therapy and radiation protection.
Imaging technologies play a central role in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases, supporting various stages of patient care. In clinical settings, nurses frequently enter controlled radiation areas to assist with imaging examinations, making it essential for them to have accurate knowledge of examination procedures and radiation safety. In addition, radiation therapy is a key component of multidisciplinary treatment, and nurses are expected to provide care with an understanding of the specific characteristics and needs of patients undergoing such therapy.
In this course, the fundamentals of radiological medicine will be explained thematically, covering topics from diagnostic imaging to treatment and radiation exposure management, with the goal of equipping nurses with essential knowledge for clinical practice. |

1) Acquire the ability to explain the principles of medical radiation protection.
2) Acquire the ability to explain the fundamentals of radiological practice, including diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, interventional radiology, ultrasonography, nuclear medicine, and PET) and radiation therapy. |

授業の進め方
How to proceed with the class | | 放射線診療が重要な役割を果たしている疾患、特に悪性腫瘍を中心に実際の臨床の現場で多くのモダリティーが果たしている役割について示していく。講義後に講義の内容について参考書を読み、理解を深めておくこと。
講義は、プロジェクター・スライドを用いて基本的事項を解説する。
講義内で放射線医学の全範囲を網羅することは不可能なので、不足部分は教科書や参考書で自学自習をする。疑問点があれば講義内もしくは時間外であれば直接担当者に連絡し質問し解決すること。 |
