授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
「内部障害理学療法」の講義で学んだ運動時の生理学的反応について、運動時のモニタリング指標の測定を行うことで理解を深める。実習を通して、各疾患に対する評価や基本的な治療手技、リスク管理を身につける。
各疾患に対応した臨床エビデンスやガイドラインの概要を理解し、症例検討を通して理学療法プログラムの立案を行う。

Goals of the Course
To deepen the understanding of physiological response during exercise that the students learn in the lecture “Cardiopulmonary Physical Therapy” through experiencing the monitoring indicators measurements. To acquire skills in assessment, fundamental therapeutic techniques, and risk management for various internal disorders through clinical practice.　To understand the outline of clinical evidence and treatment guidelines for each disease and plan the physical therapy program through case studies.

授業編成の予定
１．運動耐容能評価実施前に必要な評価の実習（呼吸機能検査、心電図、血圧、経皮的酸素飽和度など）
２．運動耐容能評価の実習（心肺運動負荷試験、定常負荷試験、6分間歩行試験）
３．運動耐容能評価の実習の続き、呼気ガスパラメーターの読解
４．呼吸リハビリテーションに必要な評価・基本的な治療手技
５．心臓リハビリテーションに必要な評価
６．集中治療領域でのリハビリテーション
７．血液検査データの解釈、画像所見の読影、排痰や吸引手技
８．最終試験（筆記試験）
