Objectives of the Course | | The goals of this course are to be able to:
1) Be able to explain the nursing care necessary for the recovery and promotion of self-care in individuals whose health status has changed rapidly;
2) Be able to provide nursing care that supports recovery from invasive procedures and promotes self-care, based on an understanding of the characteristics of individuals with altered health conditions; and
3) Be able to act responsibly as a member of the healthcare team, engaging ethically with patients, their families, medical staff, fellow students, and faculty. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 1. 外科的治療を受けて、急性期にある患者と家族に対する看護実践
・外科系病棟で病棟実習を行う。
・学生1～2名が1名の患者（手術療法を受けた患者）を受け持ち、系統だった看護過程の展開を進める。
2. 看護実践の振り返り（カンファレンス）
・ショートカンファレンス：日々の振り返りや情報共有を行う。
・カンファレンス：受け持ち患者の関連図、実践した看護と評価を報告する。
3. 実習記録
・実習記録は別途指示する。
