Goals of the Course(JPN)
1.地域の健康課題の理解と解決に必要な情報収集、アセスメントを行い、看護計画を立案し、科学的根拠に基づいた計画・実践・評価及び問題解決能力を身につける。
2.個人情報の管理方法、地域の看護職としての倫理観を学ぶ。
3.個人・家族・集団・組織に対して実際の健康支援活動、疾病対策に対する看護活動を体験し、具体的な援助技術について学ぶ。

Goals of the Course
1. Collect and assess information, plan and implement evidence-based nursing interventions, and develop problem-solving skills for community health issues.
2. Understand ethical principles and personal information management in community nursing.
3. Experience health support and disease prevention activities and acquire practical nursing skills for individuals, families, groups, and organizations.

地域における看護活動の実践機関である保健所、保健センター(行政看護)、企業（産業看護）において実際の看護活動が理解できる。また、それぞれの特徴や看護の機能と役割について、看護職や保健医療福祉の専門家、地域住民、労働者等との関連性の中で実践を学び、考察できる。

Objectives of the Course
1. Understand nursing practice in community settings, including public health centers, health offices, and workplaces (occupational nursing).
2. Learn and reflect on the roles and functions of nursing in relation to professionals, community members, and workers in each setting.

授業の進め方
How to proceed with the class
各実習場所に3名程度に分かれて実習する。
各実習開始前に実習内容に関する課題について、文献等から事前学習を行う。
各実習開始前に実習内容に関する配付資料等をよく読んで理解する。
事前の実習計画にそって、実践・評価を行う。
各実習終了後に、実習に関するレポート等記録の作成を必要とする。
