Goals of the Course(JPN)
　本セミナーは、現代日本における国家行政組織の変容と民主主義の危機の様相を念頭に置きつつ教育行政学研究・教育法学研究に関わる最新の理論的成果を集団的に検討することを通じ、あらためて公教育と教育行政の基本原理について考察することを目的としている。そのために、国内外の研究書籍・研究論文を講読しすることを基本としつつ、国内法・国際法あるいは判例等も検討の対象の材料とする。検討文献は、最新のものを中心としつつも基本原理を探究するために古典的なものも含まれる。

Goals of the Course
The purpose of this seminar is to collectively examine the latest theoretical achievements in educational administration and educational law research, keeping in mind the transformation of state administrative organizations and the crisis of democracy in contemporary Japan, and to consider the basic principles of public education and educational administration once again. For this purpose, we will read books and research papers from Japan and abroad, while also considering domestic and international law and judicial precedents. Naturally, the literature to be reviewed will be mainly the latest but will also include classic works in order to explore the basic principles.

秋学期に開講する「教育行政学研究Ⅱ」とあわせて通年で受講することが望ましい。
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
授業への参加状況（60％）と報告レポート（40％）。
総点60点以上で合格とする。

初回のセミナーで検討文献を決めて指定する。
その他の文献は追って指示する。

適宜指示することとする。
