本授業では、スポーツ生理学分野に関する専門的知識を修得するとともに、生理学的指標の測定および解析方法を学び、研究遂行能力を高めることを目的とする。

Goals of the Course
The objective of this course is to develop specialized knowledge in sports and exercise physiology and to enhance research skills by learning methods for the measurement and analysis of physiological parameters.

Objectives of the Course(JPN)
本授業では、以下の3点を達成することを目標とする。
1. スポーツ生理学分野における主要な概念および理論を理解し、専門用語を用いて説明できる。
2. 運動・身体活動時の生理学的指標について、測定方法および基本的な解析手法を理解し、適切に用いることができる。
3. 得られた生理学的データをもとに、研究課題に対して科学的に考察し、その内容を発表およびディスカッションできる。

Objectives of the Course
The objectives of this course are to achieve the following three learning outcomes:
1. Understand the key concepts and theories in sports and exercise physiology and explain them using appropriate technical terminology.
2. Understand and appropriately apply methods for the measurement and basic analysis of physiological parameters during exercise and physical activity.
3. Scientifically analyze and interpret physiological data obtained in this course in relation to research questions, and present and discuss the findings.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
1. ガイダンス
授業全体についての概要および授業実施にあたっての諸注意について説明する

2. スポーツ生理学に関する論文紹介
・スポーツ生理学分野における研究論文を取り上げ、論文全体を理解するとともに、その意義や限界、今後の課題について検討・ディスカッションを行う。
・生理学的指標の選択、測定方法、解析手法、図表データの読解および結果の解釈について検討する。

3. スポーツ生理学に関する演習
・生理学的指標の測定およびデータ解析に関する演習を行う(特にエネルギー代謝および栄養に関する内容を中心に扱う)。
・得られたデータをもとに研究課題について考察し、その内容を発表するとともにディスカッションを行う。

※受講者の理解度や人数に応じて、授業内容および進行を適宜調整する場合がある。

本授業の履修にあたって、履修条件は特に設けない。
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
基礎知識の理解(30%)、実験手法の理解(30%)、発表およびディスカッション内容(40%)を総合的に評価し、総点60点以上を合格とする。
