Goals of the Course | | | This class aims to acquire specialized knowledge and research skills for various issues in educational science through consideration of the history of Western education. By taking this course, students will gain advanced knowledge of the history of Western education and develop independent creativity and a spirit of inquiry based on that knowledge. |

Course Content / Plan | | 西洋教育史に関連するテーマを取り上げる。担当教員が選択した文献について受講者全員で講読し、報告者がレジュメに基づき発表を行う。各回の授業は、１）報告者による文献の論評、２）自由討論、３）まとめの流れで進める。
