授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | この講義は、日本の法整備支援対象国であるベトナム、カンボジア、モンゴル、ウズベキスタンを比較の対象として、日本の法制度が、どのような特徴を持っているのかを学ぶことを目的とする。これらの国出身の留学生やオンラインを用いて現地の大学生と共修し、互いの制度がどのような背景・価値観にもとづいて形づくられているのかを知ることにより、自国の制度を外から見つめる視点を育む。上記4ヶ国以外の留学生が参加した場合は、その国も比較対象とする可能性がある。
また、日本がなぜこれらの国々に法整備支援を行ってきたのか、どのような協力が可能なのかを考え、異なる制度背景を持つ国と関わる際に必要な知識も身に着けることをめざす。
使用言語は日本語を基本とする。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | This course aims to explore the distinctive features of Japan's legal system by comparing it with those of Vietnam, Cambodia, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan—countries receiving Japan's legal technical assistance. Through collaborative learning with international students from these countries as well as local university students joining online, participants will examine how each legal system has been shaped by its unique background and values. This process encourages students to develop the ability to view their own legal system from an external perspective. If students from countries other than the four listed above join the course, their countries may also be included in the comparative framework.
The course also considers why Japan has provided legal technical assistance to these countries and what forms of cooperation are possible. Students will acquire foundational knowledge necessary for engaging with countries that have different legal and institutional backgrounds.
The primary language of this course will be Japanese. |

It cultivates essential perspectives for considering future approaches to legal technical assistance and Japan's engagement with Asia. Students will also develop the ability to explain their own country's legal system to students from other countries, while deepening their understanding of their own legal system through comparative analysis. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 留学生による各国法概要説明を踏まえた上で、『アジア法プロブレムブック（オリジナル教材）』に収録された各国の条文を素材に、特定のテーマについて議論を深める。予定される主なテーマは、政治と宗教、死刑制度、憲法改正、国籍、婚姻制度、弁護士制度、逮捕手続など。
授業の後半では、受講生が関心のあるテーマを選び、調査を行ったうえでグループ発表を行う。
