地球および太陽系天体における環境・生命の相互関係を包括的に理解することを目的とします。地球環境と生命の共進化、太陽系内外における生命の存在可能性を物理・化学・生物学的に考察します。

The objective is to comprehensively understand the relationship between environments and life on Earth and planetary bodies in the Solar System. This lecture will examine the coevolution of Earth's environment and life, as well as the possibility of life existing within the Solar System, from physical, chemical, and biological perspectives.

This lecture aims to define Earth-based life, explore coevolution, and evaluate the habitability of solar system bodies from an energy perspective. It seeks to quantify the potential for life in the universe and establish fundamental concepts.

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan

(1) エネルギー論的ハビタビリティ（化学熱力学および物理化学に基づき、生命が生存可能なエネルギー論的な条件を学ぶ。実際の観測データから得られるエネルギーやバイオマスの予想ができるようになる）
(2) 地球システムのダイナミックス（地球を構成するサブシステムの特徴的な時定数を決める物理を学び、過去および未来におけるそれらを予測する。サブシステム間のフィードバックを理解する）
(3) 生命と地球の共進化（地球システムの理解に基づき、実際の地質記録に基づき、どのような生命と地球の共進化が起きてきたのかを解析する。）
