Goals of the Course(JPN)
研究内容の報告、研究トピックのレビュー、文献の紹介などによって、タンパク質などを対象とした生物物理学的研究に必要な基礎知識を習得するとともに、理論・計算・実験による研究を物理学にもとづいて理解することを目的とする。また、関連分野の研究動向について理解し、創造的な研究に向けての手がかりを探る。

Goals of the Course
Through reports on research, reviews of research topics, and introduction to the literature, etc., students will obtain the basic knowledge necessary for biophysical research on proteins, etc., and understand theoretical/computational/experimental studies based on physics. In addition, students will understand research trends in related fields and seek clues for creative research.

The goal of this course is to enable students to
1. understand and explain the structure, dynamics, and function of proteins and/or other biomolecules.
2. understand and explain some of biophysical studies on proteins and/or other molecules using theoretical, computational, and experimental methods.

Reports on research, reviews of research fields, and introduction to the literature related to the following topics will be given:
1. Protein structure
2. Protein dynamics
3. Protein function
4. Theoretical and computational methods in biophysical research
5. Experimental methods in biophysical research.

セミナーにおける、口頭発表とそれに対する質疑応答より、目標達成度を評価する。
１００点満点で６０点以上を合格とする。
