Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | 本授業は，課題を概念化し，方策を考え，実践する一連の経験，ならびにそれらのプロセスの内省を通じて，解析力，設計力，合意形成力を身につけることを到達目標とする。
大学院共通科目「チーム・ビルディング」「ソーシャル・レスポンシビリティ」と合同開講することにより，研究分野の枠組みや文理の垣根を超えて求められるチーム・ビルディングの基礎知識や基本概念，現実課題に対処する上で肝要となるチーム・サイエンスを体得する。知識の集積だけでは得られない，実践の場における気づきをもとに，文系理系が協働して取り組む現場で起こる様々な事象や仕事の進め方を学修する。 |

到達目標 【英語】
Objectives of the Course | | Through a series of experiences - from conceptualization of problems, the establishment of treatment priorities to execution - and through self-assessment of these processes, students will develop their competencies on analysis, planning, and consensus building, as objectives of this course.
Furthermore, by developing an awareness, which cannot be gained solely by acquiring knowledge, students will master the experience and ways of working in the field of development where professionals of arts and sciences backgrounds collaborate.
This is a joint lecture program with the workshop for team building development/social responsibility development in graduate school common course at the Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Lectures are given in Japanese. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | ★連絡事項はTACT（大学院共通科目）体験型講義「チーム・ビルディング」もしくは「ソーシャル・レスポンシビリティ」に履修登録者を集約の上，同サイトの「お知らせ」等に掲示します。
１．講義の目的・目標や意義，チーム・ビルディングの基礎知識と基本概念を事例分析・比較分析を通して体系的に理解する。
２．文系と理系が協働して構造物を製作するワークショップの目的，意義，価値を共有する。
３．構造物を製作するための予備知識や基礎知識を確認する。チーム・ビルディングにおけるルールと手順を理解する。
４．構造物を製作するための調査，第１次設計，目標設定と計画書を作成する。不具合予測やリスクマネジメントによるデザインレビュー終了後，実際に製作する。
５．第１回のアセスメント評価と成功事例を共有する。
６．原因分析と改善目標を設定し，第２次設計，計画書を作成する。不具合予測やリスクマネジメントによるデザインレビュー終了後，実際に製作する。
７．第２回のアセスメント評価と振り返り資料を作成する。
※日程（例年9月中下旬に集中講義形式で開講），実施形態（例年対面），履修登録方法の詳細は研究科電子掲示板で通知する。 | 1. Systematically understand the purpose, goals, and significance of the class, as well as basic knowledge and concepts of team building through case analysis and comparative analysis.
2. Share the purpose, significance, and value of the workshop in which humanities and science students collaborate to create a work product.
3. Review the basic and prerequisite knowledge for creating a product. Understand the rules and procedures of team building.
4. Conduct preliminary survey, set goals, and create a plan for creating a product. After completing a design review based on defect prediction and risk management, actually create the first product.
5. Share the first assessment evaluation and success story.
6. Set cause analysis and improvement goals, and make a second design and plan. After completing a design review based on defect prediction and risk management, actually create the second product.
7. Conduct a second assessment evaluation and make reflection materials.

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 課題解決のための分析力・洞察力・対話力を問うアセスメント (60%)，ワークショップやグループ討論への能動的な参画 (40%)。
成績評定は，全学共通の６段階評価基準に沿って行う。 | Self-assessment for analytical skills, insight, and communication skills necessary for finding a solution to a challenge: 60%. Active participation in the workshop and group discussions: 40%.
Grading is based on the six-grade evaluation defined by university regulations. |
